I'm 59 years old, and I have been hearing the guys on the news say that phrase since I was a little kid.

Many times it was hype, as I didn't really see the proof of it on the streets around me.

BUT NOW, IT HITS DIFFERENT!

You see, I have been pretty Lucky.

I grew up an 80's Kid.

I mean, it was THE FREAKIN' 80's MAN!

The last Real AMERICA before EVERYTHING CHANGED.

Where we still went OUTSIDE on our Bikes, went to Malls, Met up with friends at Clubs and Stayed out by the Street Light Time

when Mom said come home.

My kids missed out on all of that.

Throw in COVID and they even missed out

on regular Graduation Ceremonies. 😢😭😔💧

But I digress...

I have witnessed the years go by and the world

change with it...but not for the better.

Sure, Technology has advanced in many great ways

our Lifestyles, but at the cost of The Human Connection.

All we do is stare at Screens today.

AI and Technology are amazing tools, but they are destroying Industries one after another. Well, not the Industry themselves...but The JOBS that you and I depend on to Survive and Make Money.

AI can now do the Jobs of 10 people or more. That is 10 Less people on the Payroll for a Company. 10 Less Insurance costs. Employee costs.

Great for the Business Person...Sucks for the Employees.

But, Having said that...The Technology has made many Millionaires Too. Ordinary people like myself and you. Just because we can now do the work of 10 people all by ourselves sitting on a Laptop or Smart Phone. Technology and AI in particular is now the GREAT Equalizer.

In the old world, I was a Successful Magazine Publisher, worked in Radio, Taught at Traditional Colleges in person and jumped thru all of the hoops to land in those Careers.

You needed MONEY, SKILLS AND INFLUENCE.

TODAY? Anybody in their underwear can run a Radio Station/Podcast, Publish Online an Article that reaches the World and Teach Courses and Classes from their Living Room.

Even at HARVARD, YALE AND MIT are teaching classes ONLINE WORLDWIDE!
