STEP 1 : SET UP SYSTEME.IO
1.Sign in to Systeme.io here to set up your funnel : Coaches Digital Toolbox.
2.Log-In to your Systeme.io account.
3.Access Your Dashboard - Once you have signed up, you will be directed to your dashboard. This is where you will manage your funnels/websites, account settings, and products.
Please note : You are totally fine with the FREE versionto get started. You can upgrade later if you like.
4.Customize Your Account: While it is not necessary to start with, you can customize your account pretty easily. I do recommend you take the time to do it, to get familiar with the platform.
5. Add Custom Domain: This is not a must, but I recommend using a domain that you purchase. This is more important if you are using the coaches toolbox to sell your main offer. If you do not have a domain, you can purchase them for a few dollars from www.godaddy.com.
6. Add Custom Email Address: I highly recommend using an email address that ends in yourdomain.com. This will improve your email delivery rate and help keep everything organized. Godaddy provides professional email packages, but shop around for better deals.
Note : If you run into problems sending emails I higly recommend using systeme.io`s customer service. They are doing a really good job at helping.
7.Set up Payment Gateways: Within the settings of your systeme.io account, you will see payment gateways as an option. Simply hit “connect” and connect the payment gateways you would like. I recommend using both Stripe and PayPal.

STEP 2 : INSTALL YOUR FUNNEL
How to install The Coaches Digital Toolbox funnel inside your Systeme.io Account.
*IMPORTANT* - please make sure your are logged into your Systeme.io account before importing your funnel.
After you click the install link, the funnel will open into your “Funnels” within your systeme.io account. Click on “Funnels” to access your funnel.
STEP 3 : EDIT FUNNEL DETAILS
Click on the Coaches Digital Toolbox to see the “funnel settings” in the top right corner. You can rename your funnel, change your funnel domain, and select your currency and accepted payment methods.
HOW TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR FUNNEL
STEP 4 : CUSTOMIZE YOUR SALES PAGE
Navigate to the Sales Page in your funnel and click Edit Page.
Rename the Page and URL—use only letters, numbers, or dashes (no spaces).
Customize the design: change colors, fonts, and the background image to match your brand.
Edit the button: update the price (recommended: don’t make it free to attract serious buyers) and keep the action set to “Next Step URL.”
Add personal touches: update text, include your website, social links, and create footer links for Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Preview on Mobile to ensure it looks great across devices.
Save your changes and preview the entire page.
Note : While you resell this page, I highly recommend you change it to resonate with your brand and style. Let this take some time. It will be worth it.
Once done, click the link to return to your funnel and move to the next page!
STEP 5 : CUSTOMIZE YOUR ORDER FORM PAGE
Rename the page and update the URL (using the same process as the Sales Page).
Customize the text, colors, and pricing, and add your Order Bump (You can use your own order bump, or mine if you purchased it.). Save and preview your changes.
Set Up Tags:
Create these tags in Systeme.io:

Marketing & Branding Plan $
Coaches Resell Bundle Kit $
Set Up A Pricing Plan:
Choose Offer Type: Digital Product and link it to the appropriate tag.
Create a price plan: One-Time Payment, $ !
Set Up Automation Rules:
Add a rule for “New Sale” with actions:
Add the appropriate tag that you created just now.
Important : Choose Send an email, create a new email using the provided template, add your links, and upload any delivery PDFs.
STEP 6 : ADD YOUR ORDER BUMP
Click Add Order Bump.
Select Digital Product and link it to the appropriate tag (for example Branding & Marketing Plan).
Set up the price plan: One-Time Payment, $ (or your chosen price). Save your changes.
Set up automation rules: Add rules for “New Sale” as before. Add the Order Bump tag. Send the corresponding email using the provided template. Add any attachments.
STEP 7 : CUSTOMIZE YOUR UPSELL PAGE
How to Set Up Your Upsell
Use The Upsell Page as a Template – If you want to create your own upsell, you can use this page as a starting point. Simply swap out the content and pricing to match your offer.
Or Resell My Ready-Made Bundle – Prefer a done-for-you option? If you purchased the upsell you can just use the same funnel, but change my picture and anything that is my personal info. If you purchased The Coaches Resell Bundle, you will have access to that through a course portal into systeme.io.
You have to choiches. You can either create your own course in systeme.io and link that to your upsell. You can also download all the workbooks to Canva, and link them into an PDF. And deliver your upsell as an attachment through mail. The choice is up to to.
Decide on Your Upsell
If you don’t want to have an upsell, you can remove this page. But I highly recommend you have one—it’s an easy way to increase your revenue without extra work. If you purchased the Coaches Resell Bundle you can use the same page.
Edit the Page & Update the Pricing
Rename the page and update the URL. Customize the page to match your branding and preferences.
Customize the buttons
adjust the design, but leave the functionality as is (Accept adds to the order, Decline moves to the Thank You page).
Set Up the Pricing Plan
As before, choose Offer Type: Digital Product and link it to the appropriate tag. Set up the price plan for the upsell.
Automation Rules
Add rules for “New Sale” to: Add the upsell tag. Send the purchase confirmation email (use the provided template).
Optional Resource Setup
If the upsell is stored in your course area, select Course in the Resources section. Always link it to a tag for tracking.
Save everything and move on to the next step.
STEP 8 : CUSTOMIZE YOUR THANK YOU PAGE
Edit the design to match your brand and update the links with your own affiliate and product links.
Save your changes and preview to ensure it looks great!
